Terms of Service

You need an account to use most of the product. Keep your login details secure, use accurate information, and do not share your account with other people. Accounts are for one creator.

Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices shown at checkout include any referral discount that applies to your link or code.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a payment fails we may pause your access until the payment method is updated.

If Creator World is not right for you, email hi@creatorworld.co within 3 days of your payment and we will refund it.

Membership gives you access to education, brand contacts, paid opportunities, events, perks, and the community. Opportunities are posted as we receive them and the mix changes over time.

We do not guarantee that you will be selected for any opportunity, land a brand deal, or earn a specific amount of money. Anything shared inside Creator World is education, not legal, tax, or financial advice.

This includes our help chasing late payments on your behalf. We cannot guarantee that a brand will pay or that a payment will be recovered, but we will try our best.

Please do not:

Share, scrape, resell, or republish brand contacts, listings, or member-only content outside of Creator World; misrepresent yourself or your audience when applying to opportunities; harass other members; or try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Some listings and contacts are covered by confidentiality agreements with the companies involved, which is why brand names are sometimes withheld until you are matched.

You keep ownership of anything you post, such as discussion threads, replies, and application materials. You give us permission to host and display that content inside the product so the community works as intended. We can remove content that breaks these terms.

The courses, workshops, templates, rate guides, and other materials we produce belong to Creator World. You may use them for your own creator business, but not redistribute or sell them.

Approved partners can earn a one time commission for each creator who joins Pro through their link. Self referrals, fake signups, spam, and misleading claims about what Creator World does are not allowed and can result in unpaid commissions and removal from the program.

You can stop using Creator World at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is fair to do so we will refund the unused part of the current period.

Creator World is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or lost opportunities, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will update the date above and let members know by email. Continuing to use Creator World after a change means you accept the new terms.
