Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account, plus anything you add to your profile such as your niche, main platform, follower range, income goal, bio, and social or portfolio links.

Activity in the product. Job applications, event RSVPs, discussion posts and replies, and requests you submit through the answer bank.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep your subscription status, plan, billing period, and the identifiers Stripe gives us so we can manage your membership.

Referral information. If you arrive through a referral link, we store the referral code so the correct price is applied and the referring partner is credited.

To give you access to the membership, process payments, send transactional emails such as receipts, application confirmations, and event reminders, respond to your support requests, and improve the product.

We send marketing or community emails only to people who ask for them, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

We use service providers to run the product, including Stripe for payments, our hosting and database provider, and an email delivery provider. They only receive what they need to perform their service.

When you apply to an opportunity on the job board, the details you submit in that application are shared with the brand or partner behind the listing.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some listings and contacts inside the membership are covered by agreements with the companies involved. Please do not republish or resell that information outside of Creator World.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember a referral code during checkout, and understand how the site is used. You can clear or block them in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working.

We keep your account information while your account is open. If you close your account we remove or anonymize your data, other than records we need to keep for accounting and legal reasons such as payment history.

You can view and edit your profile at any time from your profile page, manage or cancel your membership from your account page, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, email hi@creatorworld.co.

Creator World is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we make a meaningful change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let members know by email.
